We are always available on hand to assist bookings or for directions so please just call, message or email.

Please be aware stairs are narrow and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility.

We welcome guests to bring dogs but please inform us first.

We have our own dogs, chicken and ducks on site and therefore we may not be suitable for anyone with a dog or pet allergy.

It is the guests responsibility to inform us of allergies or dietary intolerances ahead of arrival.

Please note: We are a pet friendly B&B, however please be aware in case of any pet allergies or a preference of no pets that we do have our own pets here at Ben View, although we must stress that they are kept separately from guest areas at all times,

including guest rooms, the guest garden and the guest lounge/eating area.
